This site was situated at the foot of the exclusive St Georges Hill Estate, and located next to a site that was being developed into 3 townhouses. It consisted of two detached bungalows sitting on generous plots.

Following a favourable pre-app meeting, with Elmbridge Council, we submitted a detailed planning application to demolish the existing 2 bungalows and erect 2 pairs of, substantial, semi-detached, houses in their place. Our application was approved by Elmbridge and the houses built and sold, following some minor amendments to the planning permission.
