Access to the site was tight, with the road measuring just one car width, and as a result we encountered strong resistance, from local residents, largely due to this constraint.

In order to overcome this, we commissioned the services of a professional highways’ consultancy, and following their guidance, having carried out various traffic surveys, we submitted an outline planning application, with matters to be determined being siting and access. Outline planning was approved, at appeal, and a detailed planning application was subsequently submitted, and approved. The 8 houses were built out and subsequently sold.
